Processing is carried out in accordance with law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for people located in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you write to us through a form (contact, viewing request, valuation):

• your name and email address (required);
• your phone number and country (optional);
• your project (purchase, rental, sale) and your message;
• the property concerned, where applicable, the language and the page from which you are writing, and the source of your visit (search engine, referring site or campaign).

To protect the form against abusive submissions, your IP address is used in encrypted form for one hour at most. It is not stored with your request.

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the information you choose to send us. Exchanges on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) privacy policy.

• to answer your request and get back to you;
• to organise viewings and support you in your purchase, rental or sale project;
• to suggest properties matching your search, if you have asked us to.

This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on the exchanges prior to a possible contract. We do not send newsletters and we neither sell nor rent your data.

Your data is intended for the Bonetti Real Estate team. It is hosted by our hosting provider and sent by email to the agency’s mailbox. It is only shared with third parties (notary, owner of a property) with your agreement and as part of your project.

The site is hosted in the United States. If you accept audience measurement, browsing data is sent to Google, which may process it outside Morocco, in particular in the United States.

Requests received through the forms are deleted automatically 24 months after receipt, unless an ongoing business relationship justifies keeping them longer. Your choice regarding audience measurement is kept for 6 months.

• Remembering your choice (your browser’s local storage, 6 months): needed so that we do not ask you again on every visit.
• Source of the visit (session storage, cleared when the tab is closed): lets us attach the source of your visit to your request.
• Google Analytics audience measurement: only if you accept it. These cookies (_ga, _ga_*) tell us, statistically, which pages are viewed; they are kept for 13 months at most. If you decline, no measurement cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
• Google Maps: the agency map is loaded when you scroll down to it. Google may then set its own cookies, according to its privacy policy.

The fonts are hosted on our own server: displaying them sends no data to third parties.

You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data. If you are located in the European Union, you also have the right to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with Morocco’s national commission for the protection of personal data (CNDP, www.cndp.ma) or, in the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to requests is restricted to agency members with a personal account.
