The heart of the new town, Guéliz lives to the rhythm of its avenues, galleries, restaurants and boutiques. It is mainly apartments, from the pied-à-terre to the large penthouse.
Hivernage
Between the Medina walls and the Menara gardens, Hivernage is the elegant residential district of the centre: grand hotels, tree-lined avenues and upscale apartments.
Medina
The historic heart, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Medina is home to riads and traditional houses behind its ochre walls. A unique address to live Marrakech from the inside.
Palmeraie
North-east of the city, the Palmeraie spreads its palm trees over miles: large villas with gardens and pools, golf courses and luxury hotels, in peace and quiet, a few minutes from the centre.
Targa

Amizmiz road
To the south-west, the Amizmiz road crosses open countryside as far as Lake Lalla Takerkoust and the foothills of the Atlas: wide open spaces for villas and quiet estates.
